Who you are agreeing with
These terms are between you and Qleerly AI AB (reg. no. 559595-0246), Sweden ("we", "us"). Aiomize is our website optimization software. By using aiomize.ai you accept these terms.
What Aiomize does
Aiomize evaluates websites for technical search accessibility, structured data, content clarity and opportunities for search and AI visibility. The service records findings, generates improvements and supports follow-up. Included features and limits depend on the assigned plan, described on our pricing page.
Website access and approval
You must own the websites you register or have permission to manage them. Ownership verification and an authorized connection are required before optimization changes can be delivered. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide.
Connecting and enabling your website authorizes Aiomize to apply supported technical and metadata improvements automatically within your plan. You can pause automatic optimization in your portal. Changes that require missing information or fail validation are not published. We retain a record of delivered changes and use backups and validation when applying changes.
Results and limitations
Search engines and AI providers determine crawling, indexing, rankings and citations. We do not guarantee a ranking, traffic increase, recommendation or appearance in AI answers. AI-generated suggestions can contain errors and must be reviewed before use. The service does not provide legal, tax, medical or financial advice.
Your account
You must be at least 18 or legally able to enter a contract where you live. Provide accurate company and contact information, protect your sign-in credentials and notify [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. Your assigned plan controls access; registering additional addresses does not increase your entitlement.
Acceptable use
Do not use Aiomize for unlawful activity, deceptive marketing, fake reviews, spam, malware or exploitation. Do not attempt to access another customer's data, bypass limits or scan sites you are not authorized to manage. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
Seven-day Start trial
Eligible accounts can try Start for seven days, covering one website and up to ten pages. No payment card is required and the trial does not charge you automatically. The trial starts when you verify your account and activate it. One free trial is available per account and verified website. You must verify website ownership and complete the connection and permission steps before automatic changes can begin. When the trial ends, new automatic work pauses; you can still view saved details and results. Continuing with a paid plan is a separate purchase. The trial does not use your eligibility for the new-subscriber introductory offer.
Plans and payment
The four plans are Start, Pro, Business and Enterprise. Prices, billing intervals, applicable taxes and included limits are displayed before purchase. Payments use Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe processes payment details; we do not receive or store your card details.
Regular subscriptions renew monthly. Where selected at checkout, the introductory offer for Start, Pro or Business charges four monthly fees upfront for the first six months: Start USD 596, Pro USD 996 or Business USD 1,796, excluding applicable tax. The offer is available once per new subscriber. After the first six months, the subscription renews at the regular monthly price shown at purchase: Start USD 149, Pro USD 249 or Business USD 449, excluding applicable tax.
You can cancel renewal in your Aiomize portal at any time. For introductory subscriptions with scheduled price changes, use the cancellation button in Aiomize; Stripe's separate billing portal cannot cancel a scheduled subscription. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and preserves access through the paid period. Mandatory legal rights and the refund policy remain unaffected. For help, contact [email protected].
Refunds
Our refund policy explains our voluntary 14-day refund offer for an unused subscription and unused installation script, how to request a refund and how refunds are processed. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Your content and data
You retain ownership of the content you provide. You authorize us to read your registered websites and process relevant content to provide the service. Where an AI feature is used, relevant content may be sent through OpenRouter to a model provider. See our privacy policy for details.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available, but website platforms, network access and third-party providers can cause interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions based solely on AI-generated suggestions. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Ending the service
You can request account closure by contacting [email protected]. We may close an account that breaches these terms. If we end a paid service without cause, we refund the unused portion of the paid period.
Governing law and changes
Swedish law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country. Material changes will be communicated to affected account holders before they take effect.

One-time keyword packages
The self-service keyword package is a separate one-time purchase: 50 AI-generated keyword suggestions for USD 15 excluding applicable tax, grouped by products with placement suggestions. It does not require or activate a subscription. You provide product details, country and language before purchasing. Confirmed payment starts automatic generation, and the results are saved in your account for copying or CSV download. Suggestions do not include measured search-volume data or ranking guarantees. Review them before use. The package does not connect to or modify your website.
